I’m Elizabeth, nice to meet you!

My mission as a clinician is to accompany you on your journey toward healing. When life’s challenges arise, it can feel like we’re trying to solve a complex puzzle with missing pieces. My hope is to work alongside you to find and fit those pieces together. My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that our struggles don’t define us and that each person is inherently worthy and deserving of kindness. Together we will address these challenges, uncovering the strength within you and helping you reclaim your story. Let’s work together to solve the puzzle, nurturing self-compassion along the way and build a life that truly reflects your inner strength and potential.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M Commerce and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. With over 7 years of experience in social services, I have worked with individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental issues, and those on the autism spectrum before transitioning into mental health. My clinical experience has allowed me to engage with people from various backgrounds and address a broad spectrum of life challenges. I am particularly interested in eating disorders, body image, chronic illness, and neurodiversity.
