Iā€™m Kaitlyn, nice to meet you!

My goal as a clinician is to join you on your healing journey. During times of difficulty, it can feel as though we are walking through the swampland of our souls. My hope is to throw on some rain boots and take that trek with you! My therapeutic theory is that we as individuals are not defined by our struggles, but that we are whole, healthy individuals. It is important that we work collaboratively against these struggles and rediscover those whole and healthy identities. My passion lies in helping individuals re-write their narratives. We get to influence how our stories unfold, and I hope to help co-author your story.

I earned my Ph.D. in Couple, Marriage, and Family Therapy, my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy and B.S. from Texas Tech University. As a marriage and family therapist, I am equipped to provide services to couples, families, and individuals. During my career, I have had opportunities to work with various populations dealing with different issues. A majority of my experience is providing services to adolescent and young adult populations as well as their families. My particular areas of interest include eating disorders, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
